I make my plans,
but your plan is
different;
your plan prevails.
In the face of opposition
I lack the courage
to work for your plan.
Remind me of your
persistence--
how when all else
failed,
you sent Jesus to
suffer and die.
And lead me to
repentance,
that through the
righteousness of Jesus
I may be redeemed by
justice,
part of your plan.
