They cry out, for people
trample them;
all day long, foes
oppress them,
and there is famine,
severe
famine in their lands.
By the millions,
they come as aliens,
they try to come and
reside
with us. How shall we respond?
Jesus, you send us to
reap that for which we did not labor.
Others have labored; we
have entered into their labor.
If we do not intercede
to aid these refugees,
can we ask you to
intercede for us?
