Holy God, you are the
fountain of life;
in your light we see
light.
We grieve over the death
of our loved ones,
we even grieve over their
failures
while they are still
alive.
Your words of comfort assuage
our grief;
open our hearts to
accept the comfort,
and help us to comfort others.
