Jesus, you taught us
to pray
not to be led into
the time of testing,
but to be delivered
from evil.
Abide in us, that we
may overcome
sin with its fleeting
pleasures.
Abide in us, that we
may abide in you
and may declare among
all
the peoples your
marvelous works.
