Lord Jesus, with boldness we
approach you,
knowing that if we ask
anything according
to your will, you are
faithful to hear us.
Give us wisdom, to be with us
like a sister;
make insight like an intimate
friend to us;
that we may know how to
please you.
Should we, like Mary, display
our adoration
for you with extravagant,
impetuous acts--
or adore you by feeding the
hungry?
