[From Sept. 11, 2012 archive]
Lord Jesus, you and
your followers
have been eyes to the
blind,
and feet to the lame;
You have been father
to the needy
and have championed
the
cause of the
stranger.
And yet you have been
mistreated,
received stones and
taunts,
"Where is your
God?"
When tears have been
our food,
remind us of your
answer
to that very question.
