[From Sept. 9, 2012 archive]
O God, you made
heaven and earth,
the sea and the
springs of water.
The darkness is not
dark to you;
the night is bright
as the day,
for darkness is as
light to you.
If even the moon is
not bright
and the stars not
pure in your sight,
how insignificant the
light that we make.
Yet Jesus told us to
let our light shine before others,
so that they may see
our good works and give glory to you!
