Holy God, we have no need of
sun or moon to give us light,
for your glory is our light,
and our lamp is the Lamb.
Show us how to walk in his light,
and let the glory be to you.
Fill us with your Spirit,
working for justice
in all the world—
especially for the poor and needy,
those who have no helper.
